Base Tier

What includes:

• Access to 12 ready-made virtual studios plus all upcoming studios.
• GLTF import support.
• Lumen lighting compatibility.
• Integrated audio mixer and simple video playback.
• 1 hour of dedicated customer support.

What DOES NOT include:

• Custom studio integration or design.
• Additional support beyond the included 1 hour (available for purchase).

Customized Studio Integration Tier

What includes:

• Everything from the Base Tier.
• Integration and customization of a user-provided 3D virtual studio (GLTF format).

What DOES NOT include:

• 3D modeling services or creation of assets.
• Support beyond included Base Tier hours (available for purchase).

Full Custom Studio Design Tier

What includes:

• Everything from the Base Tier and Customized Studio Integration Tier.
• Full 3D modeling and design of a custom virtual studio based on user specifications.

What DOES NOT include:

• Unlimited revisions (scope to be agreed case by case).
• Additional support beyond agreed contract terms.

General Notes:

• All user-provided assets must meet technical specifications for successful integration.
• Prices are base rates and may vary depending on customization complexity.
